What's your turnaround time for projects?

We're all about keeping things moving without sacrificing quality. Turnaround time depends entirely on the scope of the specific project. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront, and we'll work efficiently to meet agreed-upon deadlines and get your project live ASAP.

What's the deal with pricing and payments?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the start of the project and the remaining 50% right before project hand-off. There is an automatic 3.5% processing fee added to all invoices. We believe in keeping things simple and flexible with absolutely no hidden fees. Let's chat about your goals and budget, and we'll come up with a plan that works for you.

How do you handle design revisions?

We're here to make sure you love every detail of your design, which is why we offer two rounds of complimentary revisions. Before we even start designing, we make sure we understand your vision inside and out. We find that these two rounds of revisions are more than enough to hit the bullseye. In the rare case more revisions are needed, we will communicate up front regarding project-specific needs and rates.

How will you keep us in the loop during the project?

Communication is key, and we promise to keep it fun and easy! You'll hear from us regularly with updates, and we're always here to answer any questions or brainstorm new ideas together.

What happens after the project? Will you still be our content creator BFF?

You bet! We're here for the long haul. After we launch your project, we'll still be just a phone call or email away for any updates, tweaks, or future projects.

How do we get started?

Start out by filling out our connect form. Once your form is received, we will be in touch with a questionnaire. After we receive your completed questionnaire, we will set up a no-pressure chat to discuss your vision, hopes, dreams, goals, favorite TV shows, etc., and then finally, we will send over a quote.
